iPaySeller.Com is the digital platform that powers and operates the online marketplace, while Sellers & Industries Trade Assurance Limited (SITA) is responsible for managing users’ financial transactions within the ecosystem. Specifically, SITA oversees the conversion of Naira to e-Voucher and e-Voucher to Naira, ensuring that all wallet operations, settlements, and fund movements are handled securely and transparently. This partnership allows iPaySeller.Com to focus on providing technology and user experience, while SITA ensures the integrity and safety of all monetary transactions across the platform.
1. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Sellers are responsible for product quality, safety, and accuracy of listings.
- All users must comply with laws and avoid fraudulent or misleading activities.
2. Payments & Wallet Usage
- SITA provides a secure e-Voucher Wallet for transactions.
- Funds in wallets can only be used within SITA.
- Transaction fees apply as published.
3. Affiliate & Referral Program
- Affiliates earn commissions only on valid upgrade referrals.
- Commissions are credited instantly to Affiliate wallets.
- Fraudulent referrals or abuse will result in termination.
4. Verified Seller Obligations
- Verified Sellers must maintain ethical business practices.
- Verification fees are non-refundable but grant lifetime privileges.
- SITA may revoke status for fraud or policy violations.
5. Promotions & Marketing
- SITA may promote Verified Sellers via media and campaigns.
- By signing up, you grant permission to feature your store in promotions.
6. Disputes & Account Termination
- Disputes should be resolved amicably between parties.
- SITA may mediate but is not liable for product/service quality.
- Accounts may be suspended/terminated for violations.
